How ordering works
This page explains how to buy one of the ten collections at $19 each and what you can expect afterwards.

Payment
Stripe processes the payment. This site never receives or stores a full card number. Prices are in US dollars, with no shipping since everything is digital.
What you receive
A ZIP archive with eight plates, each as a print ready PDF and an SVG file. Every plate has pleat counts for chest sizes 18 to 28 inches, a floss estimate and row by row instructions.
Refunds
Because delivery is instant and the file cannot be returned once accessed, purchases are generally final once the download has been made available. If there is a genuine problem with the file or the order, write to social@alexandrefuchs.fr and your request will be reviewed. The full wording is in the terms of sale.

Before you buy
Try the free designer and a few free plates first. If the chart style suits you, the collections give you eight more plates in a set, all in print ready form. Check the plate names on the collection page so you know which garments each set is aimed at.
After you buy
Keep the confirmation email, since it holds your personal download link and your order number.
