Terms of sale for smocking-plates.com, version dated September 24, 2026.

1. Seller

The seller for all orders placed on smocking-plates.com (Smocking Plates Studio) is WEABLE SAS, 27 avenue Jean Medecin, 06000 Nice, France, RCS Nice 891 213 936, VAT FR71891213936. Contact: social@alexandrefuchs.fr.

2. Products

smocking-plates.com sells digital collections of printable smocking plates: Bishop Dress Plates; Geometric Plates for Beginners; Holiday Smocking Plates; Boys' Jon-Jon Plates; Picture Smocking Basics; Sundress and Top Yokes; Baby Bonnet and Bib Plates; Wave and Trellis Sampler; Honeycomb and Lattice Plates; Nightgown and Blouse Plates. Each collection is delivered as a ZIP archive containing eight plates, each as a print ready PDF and an SVG file. No physical item is shipped.

3. Formation of the contract

The contract is formed once payment is confirmed. Access to the download is then unlocked on the Files page and confirmed by email to the address used at checkout.

4. Price

Each collection costs 19.00 USD as a single one time purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout, inclusive of any tax displayed by Stripe at the time of payment. There is no subscription and nothing recurs.

5. Usage rights

Buyers receive a simple, non transferable right to print and use the purchased plates for their own personal or household sewing as many times as needed. Redistribution of the digital files to third parties or commercial resale of the plates themselves is not permitted. Garments made from the plates may be sold.

6. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe using the payment methods offered there. This site never receives or stores full card numbers.

7. Delivery and immediate access

Because a collection is a digital file made available for immediate download upon payment, delivery begins as soon as payment is confirmed. At checkout, the buyer expressly consents to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledges that the file will be available right away. If a download genuinely fails or a file is corrupted, contact social@alexandrefuchs.fr so the issue can be resolved, including by re-sending the file or issuing a refund at the seller's discretion.

8. Refunds

Because delivery is instant and the file cannot be returned once accessed, purchases are generally final once the download has been made available. If there is a genuine problem with the file or the order, contact social@alexandrefuchs.fr and the seller will review the request.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, the jurisdiction of WEABLE SAS's registered office, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the law of the buyer's country of residence.
